These terms apply when you use this website and buy from Nexcarry. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Product specifications, sizes and features are listed on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR).
The total price, including any delivery cost, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely through our checkout and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we do, we refund you in full.

5. Promotions and free gifts

Summer Sale free gifts are included with each qualifying suitcase while the promotion runs and while stock lasts. If a gift is unavailable, we will offer a similar item of equal or higher value.
Free gifts and discounts are applied automatically at checkout, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotions can end or change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and warranties

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, and you have a 1 week warranty on defective products. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Reviews

Reviews shown on our website are from customers. We may edit reviews only for length or to remove personal or offensive content, and we do not change their meaning or star rating.

9. Website use

You may not use this website for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use. Text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Nexcarry or its licensors.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
